About Dr. Elaina P. Servidio, PsyD.
Welcome! Dr. Elaina Servidio is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in both NY and NJ. She specializes in evidenced based treatment for anxiety and depressive disorders. She is passionate about providing CBT treatment for adolescents, young adults, and adults.
She has extensive experience treating young adults struggling with the transition into adulthood.

Dr. Servidio earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychological from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, where she was extensively trained in CBT. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University where she graduated cum laude.

Dr. Servidio completed her APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care in Newark, NJ, where she obtained specialized training providing evidence based trauma treatments to individuals of all ages. Her previous clinical training includes Stamford Hospital, an outpatient community-based clinic where she treated adults with a variety of anxiety and mood disorders, and Four Winds Hospital, where she provided DBT to adolescents in an inpatient setting. Additionally, she completed a predoctoral externship and post-doctoral fellowship at Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants (CBC) where she received specialized training in CBT, DBT, and executive functioning skills training for ADHD. She continued as a staff psychologist at CBC for an additional five years and continued to receive extensive training and experience providing CBT and DBT and evidence based trauma treatments with individuals across the lifespan. Dr. Servidio coordinated the SAGE Program for Young Adults during her time at CBC, where she provided comprehensive DBT treatment and coled Intensive DBT groups for Young Adults. Dr. Servidio together with Dr. Lata McGinn developed an intensive CBT exposure group for Young Adults. She also provided didactic seminars and supervised trainees at varying levels.
