My Approach

My approach flexibly draws from extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am not offering comprehensive DBT at this time. I often incorporate mindfulness strategies and acceptance-based interventions into my work. I am passionate about evidenced based treatment.

 

 My style is warm, authentic, collaborative and goal oriented. We will work together to understand what is contributing to your current symptoms and establish treatment goals. I will support you in developing skills to reduce your symptoms that you can continue to use after you complete treatment.​​
