Dr. Servidio provides CBT treatment for anxiety, depression and ADHD. She has ​extensive experience and expertise delivering Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Exposure therapy for anxiety disorders, evidence-based treatments for trauma including Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Executive Functioning Skills Training for ADHD.

Dr. Servidio provides parenting consultation to help parents support their adolescent's or young adult's progress in treatment and improve communication and relationships within the family. Dr. Servidio can help you navigate the transition into young adulthood effectively and support your young adult in becoming more independent. Dr. Servidio is trained in SPACE.
